No Refund Policy
Our templates are digital downloads and our app plans give instant access, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on any purchase. Please choose with care, and if you are unsure whether something suits you, email us before you buy and we will help.
Unlike subscription services where we can cancel future payments, this is a one-time purchase that gives you lifelong access to the product.
Once you've downloaded the digital files, it's not possible for us to "take back" the product. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and description before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

This policy ensures transparency, protects our digital products from misuse, and maintains the integrity of our business operations.
Nature of Digital Products:
Insight Design Studio (Adzup Pty Ltd) offers non-tangible, digital goods, including information products, software, e-books, online courses, and other electronically delivered items (collectively referred to as "Digital Products").

Acknowledgment:
By purchasing any Digital Product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that these are non-tangible, digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable.

Your Consumer Rights
This policy sits alongside your legal rights, it does not replace them.
Nothing here removes, excludes or limits any right you have under a consumer law that cannot be excluded, in any country where that law applies to you.
For customers in Australia, everything we sell comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. If the problem is not major, we will work to fix it within a reasonable time.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel the monthly plan for the Insight App at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for, we do not charge you again after you cancel, and we do not give part-month refunds for time you did not use.

Lifetime App Plan
The one-time Lifetime plan gives instant access, so it is not refunded for a change of mind once your access is active. If you believe there is a genuine fault, contact us and we will look into it under the consumer rights above.

Technical Issues:
In the event of technical difficulties preventing access to the purchased Digital Product, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, Insight Design Studio (Adzup Limited) may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or grant store credit.

No Warranty:
All Digital Products are provided on an "as is" basis. Insight Design Studio (Adzup Pty Ltd) makes no express or implied warranties regarding the content, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose, beyond those explicitly stated in the product description.
